Best for businesses that regularly pay or get paid in multiple currencies and want transparent, near-mid-market FX rates instead of a traditional bank's hidden spread — not a substitute for a full domestic checking account with cash deposit and check-writing support.

| Wise Business | — | — | One-time account setup fee of $31 (no recurring monthly/subscription fee); currency conversion and transfers from ~0.57% depending on currency pair, using the mid-market rate with no markup; volume discounts available above 20,000 GBP/mo equivalent |
There's no permanent free plan. There's no monthly subscription and no free-forever tier in the traditional sense — Wise Business charges a single one-time setup/account fee (about $31 USD) instead of a recurring fee, then charges a small percentage (from 0.57%) on each currency conversion or transfer. Card spending in a currency you already hold is free; ATM withdrawals are free up to $250/month, then $1.95 + 1.95% per withdrawal.
